Booking and Payment
Booking Process
Bookings are made through our website booking form or by email. A booking is confirmed once we have sent you written confirmation of availability and acceptance.
Pricing
All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
Payment Terms
Payment details and terms will be provided upon booking confirmation. Full payment is typically required before the service date unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations by Customers
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the service date: full refund
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before the service date: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the service date: no refund
Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather conditions, insufficient bookings, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to:
- Arrive at the meeting point on time
- Follow instructions from guides
- Behave respectfully towards guides, other participants, and members of the public
- Inform us of any medical conditions or mobility issues that may affect participation
- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the activity
Health and Safety
While we take reasonable care to ensure the safety of participants, tourism activities involve inherent risks. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety and should assess their own ability to participate.
We recommend that all participants have appropriate travel insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses, and personal liability.
Liability

We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees. However, we do not accept liability for:
